Ways We Help

Empowering Foster Youth to Thrive

At Jennifer’s Family Homes, we give children, teens, and young adults in foster care a safe place to grow — and the tools they need to build a strong future. Through structured routines, trauma-informed support, and individualized guidance, we help each young person develop healthy skills, emotional stability, and the confidence to reach independence.

Our mission is to have programs focused on life skills development, mental health support, counseling, education, and a gradual transition into adulthood. Each service below includes an overview, with a link to learn more.

Additional Supports For Youth

In addition to our core services, we support youth through programs and guidance in:

  • Healthy relationship building

  • Nutrition and wellness education

  • Emotional regulation and coping skills

  • Social skills and communication

  • Personal hygiene and health routines

  • Community involvement

  • Goal setting and future planning

Each area is woven into daily life in the home, creating a supportive environment where youth can grow emotionally, socially, and academically.
