Empowering Foster Youth to Thrive
At Jennifer’s Family Homes, we give children, teens, and young adults in foster care a safe place to grow — and the tools they need to build a strong future. Through structured routines, trauma-informed support, and individualized guidance, we help each young person develop healthy skills, emotional stability, and the confidence to reach independence.
Our mission is to have programs focused on life skills development, mental health support, counseling, education, and a gradual transition into adulthood. Each service below includes an overview, with a link to learn more.
Additional Supports For Youth

How We Deliver Care

Daily care and supervision

Life skills training

Freedom Forward Program

On-site counseling (provided by licensed staff or contracted professionals)

Transportation, educational support, and enrichment activities
Services Referred To Outside Agencies:

Specialized therapeutic services as needed (e.g., psychiatric care, behavioral therapy)

Medical, dental, and other health services not available on-site

Legal advocacy and additional case management in collaboration with DCF or CBC partners
